Xiao is a Dragon Owl.
The only known Dragon Owl to hatch a Hagsfeind in the Panqua Palace. Turned into a Dragon Owl a hundred years after the rest.
Kept in a large amathyst, rose quartz, and river quartz hollow just in case. Onl one small mahogany door where servants come in.
Rarely let outside, just in case.
